How to Apply

    Follow the instructions provided within WV NURSYSTM to complete a state and federal criminal background check via fingerprinting through IdentoGO.
  4. Submit Required Documentation ▾
    Upload all necessary supporting documents, such as proof of completion from an approved Nurse Aide training program, directly into your WV NURSYSTM application.
  5. Pass the Competency Exam ▾
    Register for and pass the Nurse Aide competency examination with Credentia after your application and training are approved by the Board.

    Upon successful completion of all steps, your Nurse Aide certification will be processed and visible within your WV NURSYSTM account.
