If a requirement, fee, or source link is out of date or wrong, email corrections@statelicensingreference.com with the page and what the board currently says. We re-read the board page and re-date the row.
We cannot answer questions about an individual application. Only the issuing board can — each state page lists that board’s address, phone, and email.
