Verify NBRC Credentials ▾Ensure you have successfully passed the NBRC Entry Level (CRT) or Advanced Practitioner (RRT) examination and hold a current credential.

Register for an eLicense Account ▾Create a new account on the Connecticut eLicense portal to begin the online application process.

Submit Online Application ▾Complete the Respiratory Care Practitioner application online. You must upload a recent photograph of yourself as part of the application.
